Daffodil PowerPoint Template

Daffodil PowerPoint Template

Here is a bright PowerPoint template designed from a photo taken of a daffodil and then copied as a pattern down the side of each slide.

The daffodil is a spring-flowering bulb. This template could be used for a presentation about spring, flowers, gardening, or Saint David’s Day. St. David is the patron saint of Wales, his day falling on 1 March each year. Many Welsh people wear national emblems of Wales on their lapel to celebrate St. David: the daffodil (a generic Welsh symbol) or the leek (Saint David’s personal symbol) on this day.

It could also be used to decorate poems after William Wordsworth’s short poem “I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud” has become linked in the popular mind with the daffodils that form its main image.
