The use of PowerPoint would be great for a SWOT Analysis. I too have done one before and found that PowerPoint helped greatly. With the use of PP for a SWOT Analysis you can easily introduce your topic, have a slide or two for each component, and then easily wrap up your presentation. Just remember though, tools like PP are only there to guide you. Don’t just read from the slides, they’re meant to only have 2-3 points on each, while you elaborate on what you have on the screen. This will show you audience that you truly know the stuff and have prepared for this a great deal.
