Many execs go over their preso the day before or even the day of the presentation, claiming they don’t have time, and in most cases, the results are what you might expect.

As a presentation coach for many years, I can tell you that the number one problem area for many business presenters is lack of preparation. Many execs go over their preso the day before or even the day of the presentation, claiming they don't have time, and in most cases, the results are what you might expect. Those who follow a Tiger approach and are methodical in their approach get much better results. Thanks for the post David. Very sage-like advice. Loraine Antrim
