Presentation Helper’s editor Jonty Pearce has today been featured on BBC Radio Lancashire’s Ted Robbins show.

Jonty was talking with Ted about how to give a best man speech.

Jonty’s advice for giving a best man speech is

- Write down your speech and speak it out loud in front of a real scary audience – family, friends, work colleagues – even the dog is better than nothing.

- Avoid alcohol until after you have given the speech.

- You can use humour in your speech – but you need to be careful. Always ask yourself if you would be happy for the joke to be read out to your grandmother and to children.
