Im about to give a Presentation worth thousands of pounds and its my first professional presentation! I am not really that nervous but I feel a little anxious, I prepared too late I think and I'm a little tired. My advice would be to also leave your self enough time to rehearse your presentation to yourself, also (if its in the morning) to have a good nights sleep so you wake up very early for those all important last minute checks allowing you to prepare fully (along with a hearty breakfast and tea or coffee for a needed energy boost!). Those butterflies are AMPLIFIED when your hungry, (Which I am!).
