		<description>Hi, Thanks for the advice.

Im about to give a Presentation worth thousands of pounds and its my first professional presentation! I am not really that nervous but I feel a little anxious, I prepared too late I think and I&#039;m a little tired.

My advice would be to also leave your self enough time to rehearse your presentation to yourself, also (if its in the morning) to have a good nights sleep so you wake up very early for those all important last minute checks allowing you to prepare fully (along with a hearty breakfast and tea or coffee for a needed energy boost!).

Those butterflies are AMPLIFIED when your hungry, (Which I am!). Above all like is mentioned in this post, remember to be confident, keep to the points and as with most things in life preperation is the key!

Good Luck all!

		<description>Hi Sharren,

Thanks for the link back to my blog. I&#039;ve made a couple of recent post that discuss creating speeches off the cuff. I even included a Mind Map of one that I did very recently.

Pop on over and have a look.

Cheers,
Jason
