Partner Introduction Speech: Introduction and Conclusion

I was assigned a partner introduction speech. I've gathered all of my partner's information and written it all out. However, I'm having difficulty with the introduction and conclusion. Do anyone know the best way to begin and end this type of speech? Please provide really great, detailed examples.
