I have to give this speech for my brother's wedding and it has to be 10 min long. I'm having trouble trying to stand up in front of 210 people do anybody have some advise.

Remember that you probably know your brother better than anyone else so you're an expert - you know what you're talking about - you can't be caught out! Speak slowly and clearly by opening your mouth widely and don't be afraid to read the speech or look at notes. I suggest you practice your speech in the clothes (or similar) you will be wearing at the wedding. They may feel uncomfortable to start with - you don't want to be worrying about how you feel. When you stand up, don't lock your knees as this will tense all the muscles in your legs and back.If you make a mistake - don't worry - the guests are there to enjoy themselves and probably won't notice (especially if you don't over do the apologies). The main thing to remember is to enjoy the wedding!
