Who's your target audience ... men? women? youth? age 20+?, business people?, etc...
Your introduction should almost be a summary, except at the beginning. Why are they listening to your speech? Why will this be important in their lives? etc...
Then comes the details ... keep to point & remember your audience.
Sharing experiences or referencing is always good.
Use any displays, slide-shows, etc to keep it interesting
Closing is a quick overview again. Make it stand out when your presentation is over.
