Help with 5 min speech

Hey. I'm in year 11 and for english extension we have to do a speech, no longer than 5:20 minutes. It is about John D. Rockefeller, Jr's speech "My Family's Creed" and how the ideals in his speech are relevant to modern American culture adn also about how these ideals have or have not been translated to modern American culture. I've chose to go with how the ideals havent been translated and have chosen Madonna's 'American Life' as a realted text showing this. I am having trouble building up my speech and relating one text to the other. If anyone can help me with some ideas that would be great as I am in need of some help.

A 2 minute speech is super short, you could probably pull one out of your head.
How to use a toothbrush, change a tire, how to write an essay etc..

How to manage your time properly..
