Need help on a poem for fiance

I wasn't sure as to where to post this, but i need help on a poem for my fiance. I have been a little stressed out from preparing for the wedding and all and we have been getting into a few arguments here and there. She loves poetry and being creative. So i thought maybe to write something for her about how she fulfills my life and actually changed it for the good. I want to make sure she knows how much i appreciate and adore her. The problem is I can not write poetry to save my life. I was hoping someone can kind of guide me or do it for me. Even though doing it for me isn't as sentimental.
