Help with trainging presentation

Hi! I am working on a presentation for work where my partner and I will have to train employees how to charge correctly in the system. We need to train and explain to them why they need to do it correctly and if they dont how it can affect them. I want to do something fun and try to keep their attention. the ages range from 22-55 Do you have any ideas???

Cartoons

Cartoons showing a (parody of) what might go wrong if they screw up.... ..... leading step by step to a Dalek invasion and the end of the world! Once you've got them laughing they'll remember more.

Of course, you need to make sure that the cartoons are drawn well and are genuinely funny.

Sounds like you need a little interactive game.
A simple calculator where they actually have to charge the correct price, for biscuits to monkeys perhaps.
They can experiment different prices to see what happens if they charge the wrong price as you can accelerate time in the simulation.
A gamble to win biscuits for the break perhaps just to keep it interesting.

Lots of childrends game program builders can do this very easily.

Role plays are always good in addition to the presetation you give - it makes it fun and interactive. It also means that the trainees get to know each other, have a more enjoyable time and (hopefully) remember more about what they are being taught.
