Creative Presentations
For my philosophy class I have to do a presentation on Darwin, however my teacher has decided she wants something new and creative. We are not allowed to do powerpoints or posters.
Any ideas? |

Darwin's easy! :)
The easiest thing in the world would be a kind of simulation of evolution in action. Give each of your class (or groups if you want to do less work) and note on their animal and what it can/can't do. Then roll giant dice with 'events' on the side, not numbers. An example would be 'a dry summer' so all those without the ability to cope with a drought would sit down as they etc.... repeat and repeat until you've got only a couple of survivors.
It'll take a bit of imagination and word but there's nothing like roleplaying a situation to get a real fieel for it! Simon
