stuck on english presentation
I have to do an ISU for my English 4U class about a specific time period with two poems from that time period. I have chosen to do the Great Depression Era, so 1929-1939, and I have already chosen my two poems. For this project, I have to connect the poems and connect them to the time period. We then have to present our findings to the class using a media source (radio, tv, magazine) but we need class participation. I have no idea how to present my poems in order to include class participation! Does anyone have any idea? I thought about doing a radio interview by interviewing both writers and then having them say similar answers in order to connect them, but I don't know how to involve the class. Any ideas? THANKS SO MUCH!! Very much appreciated...

Hello
You could deliver the information as a radio style programme and then to involve the audience you could pretend to hold a radio phone in style quiz (with questions about the poems or era) where people can "ring in" to answer questions for a small prize? Hope this helps you think of ideas. Good luck! Pamela |
