File size issues... help!

Hello

Have a powerpoint template with a corporate design in the background (as a slide master).. each time a new slide is added it increases the presentation by a huge amount - in some cases making a 6 slide presentation over 4mb!

Is there any way to make the template size smaller...?

A couple of techniques

1. Turn off Fast Saves - this should reduce file size. Tools > Options > Save > Allow fast saves

2. Compress the file within PowerPoint - You can do this from the picture toolbar.

3. Use an external file compression programme line NXPlite.
