Presentations on 2 screens
I am hoping that someone can help.
I need to develop technical presentations to show 'cause and effect' scenarios. The ideal situation would be to develop the presentation in an application where the user can specify which (of 2 screens) to display the slide. As far as I am aware, this is not possible with Microsoft PPT. At the moment, I have to continually jump between slides. The sort of thing I need to do is: Slide 1 - display on left screen Slide 2 - display on right screen Slide 3- display on left screen etc. Does anyone know of an application which is able to do this? Ideally, it would be compatible with Powerpoint Thanks in anticipation Graham |

I have been able to use two screens with PowerPoint but not in the way that you suggest. I use my laptop screen as well as an LCD/ projector screen.
This enables me to show my speaker notes on one screen and the presentation on the other screen. The way the computer does this is to make the screen stretch across the two monitors. You may be able to play around with the settings to get something more akin to what you are looking for - so it may be possible to have not Slide 1 - display on left screen Slide 2 - display on right screen but Slide 1 - left half display on left screen Slide 2 - right half display on right screen It may be worth playing around with the settings to see if this is possible. |

Help
Hi Graham
Maybe I have solution of your problem. I am using software for PocketPc (P3app) that can control multiple presentation servers. With PocketPc you can remotly control your presentations which are on different presentation servers, or in one. Also you can draw on PocketPc screen and offline view of presentations. This is architecture of p3app It is very usefull especially when there is more than one presentations You can find more information at this addres: http://p3app.takt-ltd.com/ |

why not try to convert your PPT to ***,and present it on a stand alone *** player? While you are analysizing, you can run your slideshows with a remote control, and in this case you don't have to feel troublesome any more
you can visit:http://www.***-ppt-slideshow.com or http://www.Moyea.com it's funny |
