Pls Help; Book presentation

I have to do a 10 min presentation on a book. My presentation must include the basic information of the book (eg. genre, characters). I must present in a creative way; however, I don't have any ideas . Pls help! thanks!

Hi there!

I wish I had to do a presentation about a book in my job let me tell you! I'd have a lot of fun with that - books and being creative are my two favourite things!

Have you thought about the book you want to present about? Which book is it? If you can give me this I can try to help with creative ideas!
Some you might consider are:

Using props or dressing up like one of the characters or maybe telling the story of the book as if you were the character? Or even pretend to be the author if thats possible and imagine that you are telling the group about your book.

You could also imagine that you are a book seller and maybe create a poster that you would use to sell the book? Describe what you have included and why.

Or what about creating a story board (like screenwriters) and imagine that you are a script writer pitching the book to be turned into a movie to the studio - this would be even better if you can get someone to pose as "the studio"....

hope these provide some inspiration! If not let me know the book title and author and I'll put my thinking cap on again!

Thank you Pamela! Those are very neat ideas! I especially like the movie studio one. I am going to do Adventures of Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain. Althougth it's not a very complicated book, but because of its content, the way I choose to present will probably have a great influence on the effectiveness of my presentation. I really want to make my presentation interesting. I would appreciate any recommendations. Thanks again!
