Pls Help for my presentation intro

You are a system analyst employed by the Coronado Sugar Company(CSC).For a number of years the company has been using outside help in recording the amount of sugar beets received at its four processing plants.Since this service is quite costly,your supervisor has asked you to investigate the feasibilty of using the company's own computer for this purpose.You have done so and are now ready to prepare a brief oral presentation of your findings.

OK.that's what wanted to do.i want your helps just for introductiom part.how can i write a efficient intro.And for intro they want me to obey the rules below.

CCS neads to compile regular summaries of beet receiving data for various purposes,but the present system of doing so is fr too expensive.Get right to the point.After describing the problem,tell your listeners that you've investigated various possible solutions and have found three that deserve their consideration.

Your outside source is costing you $$$$$

To solve your problem why don't you sugget a barcoding system
that tracks incoming shipments.
It will also keep track of inventory and you can also do a "in house"
live tracking of your beet process by addiing barcodes to say the
"batch tickets" that your processors are using to process your beets.

You could do a quick visual intro before your speech by having the
outside sources driving, flying or whatever into a beet and making
it expand bigger and bigger until it is over stuffed.
Then have it yell "enough" !!!!
Then have the beet blow out the outside sources and have it
partner with a barcode.
