how to make arrows moving

hi doc,
i wanna know about how i can make a movement of arrows or something like in my presentation. clearly speaking, tell me about how i can make something to move in my presentation.plaese help .

Sometimes you can do a simple fly in followed by a fly out left to right, do a delay and repeat the animations.

However, since I am also a video graphics animator, I will sometimes create an animation in After Effects and make it looping, then export an AVI file and bring that into PPT. I set the movie to loop and play automatically. works pretty good.
