Powerpoint 2007 Graphs
All,
I hope you can help. I am running Office 2007 on Win XPSP2. I am trying to work around a problem i have had for a while and hoped that the new office suite would do the trick. When i create a graph from a worksheet in excel, then copy the graph and paste it as a linked object in powerpoint, the screen graph looks fine, but the printed version is jagged, much like previous incarnations of office. There is however an insert graph option within powerpoint which opens up excel side by side and allows you to choose chart types and overtype the given data to prepare your graph. The resulting print is smooth and high quality. I would like to know how i can either paste exisiting excel data into the 'insert chart' data options and make my intended graph print well or ideally, to be able to embed a linked graph from excel 2007 into powerpoint 2007 so that when i change chart data in excel, it updates the links in powerpoint and also prints out in high quality. Any ideas I am banging my head over this! |
