Resizing for putting on a Web Site

There has to be a way but I can't figure it out. I want to make a slideshow for my high school class reunion site including those who have served this country militarily.

Now, I know all I want to do and can do it all, I think, except for the last step.

First: I tried a 3rd party ap that converted my slideshow to a video then burn it onto a ***. Worked fine but it's a *** and real large in size.

Second: I tried another 3rd party ap that I could have convert my slideshow directly to a smaller video meant for posting on YouTube so I can then download it from youTube to my site. But there's a lot this ap cannot do.

Oh, my site is hosted by a group that doesn't allow videos except for those you get off of youTube. Not sure why, but I'm working that end too.

So, what I want is an ap to convert a PPT slideshow to a video that I can either upload to youTube or at least have a small size video that I can put on a web site.

Any thoughts, anyone??

To get a small file size for putting on your site, maybe you can try convertting your slideshow to Flash. Flash is both in small file size and high compatibility.

Another choice is: Reduce the output video file size by adjusting the resolution of it when you use some PowerPoint to video converters on market.

Defining Size

I just read over my post and realize that I didn't redefine "size" and the common use in the computer world is to refer to amount of memory required for it.

What I meant by size is the viewable area. I want to make a slideshow that will display in flash, as the one guy stated, or something like it so I can post it on YouTube so I can get that HTML to embed the thing on my web site in a viewable size of about 440 pixels wide by 300+ pixels high.

I hope that's clear & someone can tell me "exactly" what to do.

Thanks.
