Rehearsing timings
Hi. I'm brand new to Powerpoint and have just started using it today. I'm trying to set up a simple PPS of family photos and want each snap to show for 6 secs. It seems that every time I add or remove photos, I have to go thru all the hassle of retiming the show. Is there a short cut for this. I'm using Powerpoint 2007 (part of MS Office 2007). Which format should I save in PPTX, PPT or PPS?
Thanks for any help which may be out there. Regards Batteneye |

Use Insert > Photo Album
Then Animation Tab > Auto Transition 6 secs Apply to all > Done Save as whichever suits! If your user has 2007 as well I'd use .ppsx

Thanks from me too. I'm now going to check out the tutorial. I now need to know how to get my mp3 file to play throughout the slideshow!
