Insert pictures with new photo album
When I insert pictures with new photo albums, some of the pictures are compleately distorted. These are pictures that I cropped before inserting.
Is there a way to clear this. If I insert the same picture with insert picture the picture is OK. |

I'm guessing that when you 'crop' the picture you are loosing the 'proportion' and powerpoint is putting the picture in a certain sized area.
It's important when you crop the pictures to keep things in proportion. eg. 4:3 (a ratio of 4 wide x 3 tall) 16:9 (a ratio of 16 wide x 9 tall) On most software you can hold down a certain key on the keyboard (eg. shift or ctrl) to keep things constrained and in proportion when cropping. cheers |
