Power Point with dual monitor

Hello,
I have a notebook connected with a projetor working like extended monitor. When a start the slides apresentation with a time between the transitions, i move this window from the note to the next monitor (projector). But while the presentation is showed, if i need to change the active window in the notebook to the explorer, for example, the transition time stop. It means that i can not change the active window until end the presentation.
Somebody know how to solve this problem?

Ps.: i use the software "Ultramon" to control the monitors.
