Council presentation

Hi, I have got to the final stages of the interview process for a mangement position at my local council. They have asked me to prepare a 10 min presentation about the key stages, the impact on the service and any risk issues that may be involved in bringing the monitoring of the CCTV system back in house from an external company.

I have found the rule of three pretty helpful and have decided to concentrate on 3 main issues that may arise if they were to start doing their own CCTV monitoring but i am cluseless when it comes to business plans and worried I am going on the wrong lines if i talk about the impact on staffing and costing etc.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

my initial concern would be abuse by the staff using the system


would it add to the cost of council tax or would it save money?
