Interview presentation on taking business forward

I have a 1 hour interview looming requiring the delivery of a 20min presentation on 'How will you take the business forward in the next 3 - 6 months'.
The business is a college and the position is for Key Accounts Manager.
Although I have worked and have knowledge of this particular training sector (and I am confident I can do the job) I haven't actually performed in this role.
I am undertaking some research but would love to have some ideas. I also would like winning opinions on the best way to close a presentation.
