ideas?

I have been asked as a part of a job interview to do a 10 Minute presentation on anything in order to "showcase" my training abilities. The position is a health and wellness educator for seniors.

The interviewer said that it does not need to be health or wellness related or related to seniors either. She stated that I could choose something that would reflect how I could educate/train others.

What ideas do you have since this is so broad? Would the topic "deadly sins of presentations" be appropriate? (FYI: I do not have a laptop for this so no technology will be used.) Please help with some interactive ideas of a topic that I could use.

I think that the "seven deadly sins of ..." is a great topic and one where you would pretty well already have the structure for.
