HELP!!! I have a Presentation for a job interview!! I'M SCARED!!

I have a job interview for a position as Community Education Coordinator at a local community college (I have given you job description below)

I was offered an interview for this job just a couple of days ago and it is for next week 6/23/09.

I was taken aback when they said I have to do a 10 minute presentation entitled "How to Enhance Adutl* Education Offerings at your Site." I will be presenting to 3 people on an interview panel posing as people from community organizations.

However, I have NO CLUE what to do. I have been scouring the internet on this subject, but I am so lost. I have no idea about this particular subject and I don't want to come across looking like an idiot, because I still would like to work at this college, even if I do not get this particular job.

I have a degree in the Spanish language and middle / highschool teaching. I also ran a part time home tutoring business helping students find language tutors, and have taught ESL at my church for 3 years as a volunteer.

I was shocked by the fact that I have to give a presentation. They said they have Powerpoint that I can use, however, I only have a 2000 version and have not used this program for over 15 years.

Need help coming up with an outline and information for the presentation. I dont' know much about this topic other than change class times, survey students, change or make the class title more interesting.

Description of Position:
The Coordinator, under the supervision of the Associate Dean for Community Education, is responsible for providing a full range of management services to social and government agencies needing to provide the full range of Adutl education services to their clients. The Coordinator is expected to seek out partnerships with governmental agencies and community groups to assist them in providing ABE, GED, ESL, career awareness, and computer skills development courses. This individual is responsible for developing systems to assist transitioning these students to appropriate college level instruction or to job placement services.

Qualifications Required:- A Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications Desired:- Work experience in career education, workforce development, Adutl education, or related field.
- Experience working with disadvantaged populations.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
