linking embeded movies for cd

I have a powerpoint presentation with some movies linked in, and I need to burn it to cd's for many viewers to see. But when I burn it, it links the movies to where they were on my pc so it will not play them. for example, when I burned it, they were on my C drive, but on the CD its on the D drive so it cant find the C drive. If that makes sense!

Is there a way to make it so the movies will play no matter where they were when they were burned?

Generally if the movies are in the same directory as the presentation then it will play OK. The problem comes across when they are in a subdirectory.
