Suggestions for Mum's funeral service?

Mum died suddenly in August but we are only now able to hold the funeral, as the doctors had to do tests to try and find the cause of death. We held a service already, so are just having a small (non-religious) service by the grave, with poems and readings. Do you have a poem or reading to suggest? She loved nature and animals, and would always go out of her way to help anyone.

One other idea would be to read one of your Mum's favourite poems.
