Losing dad

My lovely dad passed away a few days ago. My sisters and I are putting together a speech for the funeral but I would also like to include a poem. He was a very humble man who loved the simple things in life. He was very proud of his family and loved nature and was happiest when he was in his garden. He also loved birds & this was a big part of why he loved the outdoors. He was truely a lovely man and the messages we have had from people from all walks of life is a tribute to that. He was a wondeful father and we are all going to miss him so very much - please can you help me find the right poem??? Thank you
