help needed

Hi have just become a member of this site,would like your help with a poam for when me mom dies that i could read out in church, she will be 80 on tuesday and only has a few days to live, she spent her life looking after us kids 2 girls and 6 boy, she has been such a good mum she never had a drink or holiday and alway been there for us all, she has lots wrong with her like Cancer Non Hodgkin's lymphoma that has spread, blood probs with blood cell she is so low on red biood cells, her heart and it goes on hope some of you can help. thankyou. mozzy :-(
