Uncle's death

Hi,
new to this website. My husband's Uncle passed away yesterday. He was 52 years old. My mother in law and aunt would like us all to say somthing at the funeral. He loved to drink and he loved to go hunting. Also he was a bachelor, never married or had kids. I wonder if there is a poem anyone knows of that I could read at his funeral next Tuesday. My grandad passed away on 15th feb 2005. every grand child is saying something but i dont know what to say at his funeral.

i wanted to say something from the heart that put everyones mind at piece but i cant think of any memories. ive read through poems but none of them seem to click. please could you help me as i REALLY wanna get this right for him
